Cute, fully furnished and equipped 75 m² (approx. 800 square ft.) apartment, located in a very nice area of Barranco in Lima, Peru - just 2 parallel streets from the bluff with its parks overlooking the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of the well known "Parque de Barranco" (Barranco's Park) and "Puente de los suspiros" (Bridge of the whispers – watch and hear the parrots and other birds living in the trees there). Very nice and secure neighborhood with plenty of green and opportunities to go for a walk or eat in one of the numerous restaurants close by, which range from great value for your money to pure luxury dining experiences. Especially the freshly served seafood (f.e. Ceviche) is highly recommended.

Barranco is considered to be one of the nicest, safest and most touristic areas of Lima. Tourists love it for its bohemian architecture, history, art and culture. Many peruvian and famous international celebrities come from this area like writers, filmmakers and painters. The apartment is located on a 3rd floor (4th floor when counting ground floor as 1, as they do in Peru) and consists of:

2 bedrooms (1 Queen sized bed, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed)
2 bathrooms with one shower each
1 dining- and livingroom area
1 fully equipped kitchen
Cable TV with DVD, phone, wireless as well as wired broadband internet access

Minimum stay: 1 week.

Maximum capacity: 4-5 guests max.
Rates: USD $ 330/week for up to two guests. $ 5.00 for each extra guest/night
+ a $20.00 one time fee for final cleaning of the apartment

A security deposit of $150 US is necessary which is fully refundable to the guest after a short inspection of the apartment and upon returning the keys on checkout day.

Taxi Service from and to the airport available on request: $25 for the first 3 persons/trip. 3+ = $30-$35. Affordable maid service on request (chargeable).

Rates include all utilities, such as gas, electricity, water, cable TV with many english channels, unlimited WiFi and wired internet access, fresh towels/bedsheets and replacements upon arrival, all taxes etc. - no hidden fees or surprises!
